The design of this motorcycle was inspired by the era of the famous "Kývačky", the two-stroke JAWA 250 type 353 and JAWA 350 type 354 motorcycles, which were mass-produced from the early 1950s until the first half of the 1970s. Genetic elements such as the tank, side covers, or instrument panel confirm this in every respect.

The JAWA 300 CL motorcycle meets the emission limits of the Euro 5 standard. Like the already sold JAWA 350 OHC models, this novelty features a brake assistant ABS on the front wheel. Although the JAWA 300 CL motorcycle appears as a historical motorcycle, its heart is a modern power unit with DOHC distribution and a six-speed gearbox. Thanks to this, the motorcycle is able to offer its owner exceptional behavior at speeds around 80 km/h, including an unmistakable soundscape. The motorcycle is, of course, capable of faster riding, as evidenced by its top speed of up to 125 km/h, but it will undoubtedly be most often used for its retro style at those "more leisurely" speeds.
